babapic doesn't run a support ticketing system — it's a small, free tool site — but we do read and respond to messages sent to the address below.

Please include the name of the tool you were using (e.g. "HEIC to JPG") and, if you're reporting a bug, what browser and device you're on — that's usually enough for us to reproduce the issue.
What to reach out about

Response time
We aim to respond within a few business days. Since every image tool runs in your own browser, we generally can't see what went wrong on our end for a specific file — screenshots or a description of the steps you took are the most helpful thing you can send along with a bug report.
